Good Riddance………………..Capricorn One

A slice of punk rock!



Track One Stand: Punk rock but, a little tame and produced for me…….There is energy and rawness here but, not true penniless passion.


Track Two : Class War 2000 Nice and tight: sneering vocals: fast pace……


Track Three: Lame Duck Arsenal…A comment on Arsene Wenger’s Management this season ? Perhaps a little hard but, hey there was no silverware !


Track Four: Off The Wagon Nice guitar intro………………Frantic follow on………..This is the kind of thing that punk is made off. Made me feel like I was drive something fast ………………….


Track Five Tragic Kingdom..Short sharp and to the point punk rock…..sounds as if he band have a grievance and quite right to!


Track Six All Mine: Fast and furious, tight and direct. Highly enjoyable! I liked this one lots!


Track Seven 21 Guns : Had to salute this one ! Excited and aggressive, spiky and difficult to grab hold of. I loved the change of speed halfway.


Track Eight Always : Plenty of energy and drive Short but not sweet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Track Nine More Time : No not needed 1.49 left me breathless!


Track Ten Remember When : This was more than enough to shake the memories in and out of focus!


Track Eleven Overcoming Learned Behaviour: They seemed to have no problem in dropping their old ways quickly!


Track Twelve Flawed : No it wasn’t !


Track Thirteen Little Man: Two minutes long but, it packed a punch that a small man would be proud of !


Track Fourteen Free : Raw and reckless !!


Track Fifteen What we have : Heavy Metal Punk !


Track Sixteen Me From Adam : Made my granny run and hide !


Track Seventeen Great experiment : It was and it was a little different! A bit more like The Jam !


Track Eighteen Not so bad: Quite good really!!!!!!!!


Track Nineteen Patriach : Nice and creeping at the start , made me feel a little uneasy…………a bit

like garage music of the 60s………………………..NICE !


Track Twenty Just For Today : Live today and th.ink about now…that’s what this track says to me….That’s how long punks should think about………..no more …..no less.


Track Twenty One Last Believer: Good end track with usual punk reverence.

Mostly fast and furious , rebellious and anarchistic ….Reminded me at times of the Sex Pistols when they were young and untutored !!!!!! Maybe it has a touch of MC5 and The Dammed is in there too !

ok, I admit it. I'm gettin' old. Most of this was too fast and furious or me. Had heard of these guys before, but had not heard them. Brings back the memories of all those early punk groups, which should not be forgotten. Only those 2 tracks I can say I really liked. Good flashbacks though.
