i usually watch the gymnastics (male and female) and the athletics when it comes to the summer olympics but if i am going to be perfectly honest i have no interest in it this time round...

thus, i am curious as to how you all feel about the event which starts today?

I only watch the opening ceremony. After that I could not be bothered at all. There seems to be more and more political posturing in the Olympics lately. The opening ceremony in Beijing was undoubtedly the best ever.
