There have been rumors about the sons of the Beatles getting together and forming a band. Nothing has been confirmed, but how awesome would that be? A little sumtin sumtin to hold on to. I want to see that, also, that is a concert I would pay good money for.

there were rumours that Dani,Sean, and Julian would join Paul at the Olympics opening ceremony, but that didnt happen neither...
not really sure if its a good idea or not anyway?...as no matter if they were a great live band,they would be ultimately compared to The Beatles...
i thought Julian made some pretty good albums, but as usual, the media kept drawing comparrisons with John....the guy had no chance to make it on his own merits as a writer/performer!

also, yeah they would be compared, but I don't mind for my own selfish reasons. I think it would be interesting.

John's Sean plays drums, i believe
John's Julian plays piano/guitars
Ringo's Zak plays drums...is currently drummer for The Who(or was for a while??)
i guess Paul's Stella just does her fashion designing
not sure about any others there may be??!!??

Great idea Penny! Dhani is no slouch , and Julian. James and Zac are very good musicians ! Don't know enough about Sean ????? I think he's a good musician also so the formation of the band would be awesome ! I would love to hear them do some Beatle covers, Lennon songs,McCartney songs, Ringo songs and Harrison songs !!!!!...maybe Stella could make a guest appearance and sing one of her Dad's songs ???...lol
