RICHARD PENNIMAN  aka  LITTLE RICHARD

aged: 87

cause of death: bone cancer.

the article:  https://www.msn.com/en-au/entertainment/...spartandhp

the dude was a pioneer of Rock and Roll before anyone knew what it meant.
obviously, Presley was the figurehead, but the early black rockers were doing it back as early as 1949/50 and Penniman was one of those.
along with Chuck Berry he was the single biggest influence on just about every artist that followed him from Beatles,Stones, Robert Plant, AC/DC and beyond right through to modern R+B/funk singer Bruno Mars.

his full Wiki:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Little_Richard

and now I take a couple of minute silence as I remember him in song, RIP Little Richard:

only Jerry Lee left from the original crop of rock and rollers!

PHIL MAY  (vocals for The Pretty Things)

aged: 75

cause of death: complications after hip surgery.

band Wiki: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pretty_Things

UK blues rock band-cum-psychedelic rock band in the 1960s
Phil May remained vocalist/writer up until 2018 when he retired.

I couldn't remember the band so I asked my mum, she referred to them as a 'second rate Rolling Stones'.

BOB KULICK:  rock guitarist (have guitar, will travel type of dude)

aged: 70

cause of death: not released at this time.

the article:  https://www.msn.com/en-au/entertainment/...spartanntp

regarded by KISS fans as part of the "kiss family".
originally lost out to Ace Frehley in 1972 to join the band.
played on several of their albums (uncredited) during the 70s and early 1980s, also appears on Paul Stanley's 1978 solo album.
also played on albums and toured with Lou Reed, Meatloaf, W.A.S.P, Diana Ross, Alice Cooper and Michael Bolton to name a few.
also had some input into the kids animated series SpongeBob SquarePants.
incidently, his brother Bruce was a member of KISS between 84-96 and only left because they put the make-up back on again otherwise im sure he'd still be there.
