A unique master of the instrument. He had a completely different approach to playing compared to his contemporaries. Totally unconventional. Just listen to Ruby's post above as an example. His album 'Blow By Blow' is often cited by those in the know as being one of the most influential instrumental albums ever recorded. RIP Jeff Beck. You will be sorely missed. Another one of the greats gone.

It was just announced that Lisa Marie Presley has passed away from cardiac arrest. She was 54 years old.
