Dave Greenfield, aged 71. He'd been in hospital for treatment of a heart related issue and contracted the coronavirus - what rotten timing - sad. R.I.P. Keyboardist for the Stranglers and a player of some unusual instruments in the rock, or should I say post punk ouvre. There was some of their stuff that I liked, and still do. He is immortalised by the harpsichord in this I would venture to say. He wrote the music ...

so sad indeed. RIP DG.
had a punk edge to their music and lyrics but didn't really fit there,

never really fitted anywhere but on the fringes and I think that's where they preferred it TBH.
always loved Golden Brown, had a distinct Paul McCartney flavour to it.

MILLIE SMALL
aged: 73
cause of death: stroke
Jamaican singer
her debut was really her only hit.
song was in the Ska genre.
am only vaguely aware of her other singles and had to check Wiki to jog my memory
her Wiki:

her hit: this clip was filmed almost a decade after she had a hit with it but its the best quality one I could find:

Florian Schneider from Kraftwerk. Although I like electronic music I could never get into the band at all. But they were pioneers of sorts. Just not my thing. RIP.
