not sure whether anyone is aware of his music here, i most certainly am not but he appears to be a musical legend in the Latin world drawing comparrisons to Sinatra and Bennett.
been around since the 1950s
often refered to in the Latin world as "the Sinatra of Portugal's Fado": (Fado being a traditional Portuguese music style)
recipient of Latin Grammy awards and Lifetime Achievement Grammy a few years ago.
