I try to make at least one show per year. It's hard with my weirdo kids who don't really like music! Anyway this year I'm going to see The Avett Brothers again. In 2011 I saw them in a huge stadium which was fun but this year it will be in a smaller, hopefully more intimate setting. Plus I get to leave my kids with Grammy and stay over night in one of my favorite towns! Needless to say, I am very excited!
What shows have you seen this year? I wish I could go more often. It would be nice to hear which bands are worth the price of admission.

Roger Waters 'The Wall' concert. Dublin 18th September. Price 90 Euros/head. Probably the most stunning audio/visual experience of my life. Thought he would be washed up at 67/68 years of age but still very much alive and kicking. And a great band behind him. One thing about Floyd and Waters - they always pull out all the stops. I had seen this concert before, but this time it was much improved. (Can't really say why - it just was!!??!!)

Music Head Wrote:What town?
St. Augustine, FL. I know you hate Florida but I'm telling you St. Augustine is a great little town. Nice people, small, great bars

and a lot of history.
