I hope I don't see this site go down the road of having a zillion sub-fora, one for every imaginable genre. Sometimes it annoys me a little having to choose "everything else" when I want to discuss something, but too few divisions is better than too many. You'll just get arguments along the lines of "that's not surf-rock!", or "Hey, that's surf-rock, why did you post it in the ordinary general rock forum?"

I like surf rock and have a lot of it in my collection. I also belong to several different music/audio forums and none of them have a separate category for surf music - I agree with bob_32_116
