Hi,
I recently finished a composition in a film score style, and would love to hear what you guys think about it - any feedback or criticism is encouraged!
Thanks...

It was for a criteria of 90 seconds so I was limited to that time scale, but do you mean musically? And the production is something I'm still working out!

No the production is fine - don't have a problem with that - quality is good, but I just felt it wasn't really going anywhere. Would like to hear something you have composed as a 'stand alone' piece. Something thematic with a start and finish and an interesting journey in-between. The idea is there - would just like to see it turned into something that lasts about 5 minutes or so. And don't let my comments do your head in - it's just a singular opinion - just as relevant and as irrelevant as everyone else's. At the end of the day it does not matter what I think but what you believe in. If you have a vision for your music - go with it. They've never built a statue to honour a critic.....
Compose a piece that makes people see a movie without the visuals.

Looks like him. I used to watch Siskel & Ebert all the time.

Neither a critic nor a statue. This is the well documented case of a guy who was hitch hiking and unfortunately was never offered a lift in 20 years. I am going to have to seriously consider a diet with the amount of humble pie I am being forced to eat!
