In my opinion, there are too many drinking songs on country radio.

It's not the drinking songs that have ruined Country Music it's the "country-pop". I have listened to country ever since I was young and the Legends would not make it in "country" today. Murder On Music Row is right on!! Not bad MH. Look at Hank Williams. He was a alcoholic way back then. Kris said the best songs he ever wrote was when he was high. I know where you are coming from though Holly!! Country music even though I love it has been a bad influence on me. I became a alcoholic listening to country. At least it played a big part.
