Long time RHCP fan here. You can call me an odd one if you'd like, but I've always stood firm with my opinion that The Uplift Mofo Party Plan is their best album. Mother's Milk and Blood Sugar Sex Magik are, of course, also amazing in their own rights.

Blood Sugar Sex Magik is the best album the Red Hot Chili Peppers have ever put together, as far as I'm concerned, but Californication isn't far behind.

My favourite songs from BSSM:

And many others.

They are a fantastic band, I'll give them that.

Although not on my favorite RHCP album (it's close though!), I have long felt that I Could Have Lied may be the best Chili Peppers song. There's just something about it.
