yep, here in Oz there is a push from the PC brigade and from members of our much beloved ruling Labour Govt. to get smokers to be licenced to smoke in public, included on the licence would be the amount of ciggies we smoke per day..in other words the amount we can purchase before we purchase any more. the licence would be a smart card that is swiped or inserted into a card machine and the amount of ciggies purchased registered.
were already in line for generic packaging on smokes by the end of the year!:hand:
what a load of crap! :eek:
why dont they just ban them....er? they cant because of the revenue they get so theyll just charge us a fee for a licence:confused:
