I've made a meatless traybake ragu using Yotam Ottolenghi's recipe - loving his vegetarian cookbook Flavour.
Followed by a very old fashioned and not at all trendy cherry cake.

teriyaki marinated wings
side of sauteed Pak Choy coated in a light teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds
mixed through one cup of cooked brown rice to boost it up.

pork medallions with a fresh garden salad...
decided to do something different with the pork and added a dry rub consisting of thyme, basil, smokey paprika, salt and pepper...
i just made up the quantities of each, a little too much basil for my liking but hey, was worth a try...

lazy tonight...
shop bought frozen beef pie so turn on the oven,putit in and set the timer...
lazy veg tonight also, shop bought frozen steam in a bag from the microwave...
