enjoyed the beef bourguignon so much last week that we decided to have it again later tonight.

Did not feel like cooking a damn thing last night so I settled for a cheeseboard with various favourite cheeses, savoury biscuits and a bottle of Chilean red wine. Simple but effective.

Up really early this morning - can't sleep - so I am going to make scrambled eggs with bits of spring onion and fresh cold salmon (just can't stand hot salmon) with mustard and horseradish sauce. 2 small bottles of Organic Human to wash it all down. Then back to the current project to see if I can kick-start some ideas.

yes it was very good...

tonight a sweet and sour pork meal with rice.
the sauce was store bought from a jar (low in sugars and carbs), more tangy than sweet, added the pork strips and veg, heated through and ate...
not bad,it was what it was, a quick and easy 'pour and heat' meal...

a twist on the old Beef Stroganoff recipe tonight...
using chicken instead, adding peas and corn and Fettuccine pasta.
