went off to Fremantle today with one of Dani's daughters to visit the Markets (havent been there since Covid started, all open now as we have had no community caught infections for six months here).
enjoyed a, excellent Chicken Masala with Biryani Rice whilst there.

The teriyaki marinade was bought. I did the cooking. By some miracle it actually turned out very good.

Tonight I am having traditional South African 'boerewors' - a kind of spicy sausage. My local butcher has hired a young South African guy who is making the stuff.
Boerewors translated from Afrikaans is 'farmer's sausage'. They really should have chosen a more politically-correct name. I mean I really can't tell people I am munching on a famer's sausage now can I?. Good God what will they think!!!
