Dani's making her signature dish she calls Paprika Chicken tonight.
its chicken pieces (bone in) in a tomato,ginger,onion and paprika based sauce, really tasty and my favourite of hers. she serves it with pasta noodles, but im going to try it with rice tonight for a change.

Dani's grand-daughter's 2nd birthday and one of her daughter's 22nd birthdays today.
get together for the 2yo around lunch. dinner out with the other daughter at a local bar 'n' grill. I had fish and chips, simply because it was the only thing suitable for me.

no dinner tonight, feeling sick.
had a can of Campbells potato and leek soup for lunch today, the carb/sugar levels listed on the can should have been okay but my levels are elevated.
