Lentil soup. I will be having lentil soup every single day for the next couple of years. Hint - disposable income is going to be redirected towards a new project. Ruby knows, but the lady is not for turning!

By the way MH I LOVE spaghetti. And of course the only person who can make it properly is my Mom. There is a series on the BBC, now being aired on RTE (Irish television) about an
Italian chef called Gino D'Acampo who travels around Italy and cooks all these amazing dishes. Worth watching. He's also a very funny guy.

Melanzane parmigiana – aubergine baked in layers in fresh tomato sauce, topped with breadcrumbs and parmesan. Antioxidants. Yum.

Greek chicken and potatoes and Greek salad. May as well travel via the kitchen, if no other way! Besides, the amount of garlic in there will keep everything at bay.
