Your favourite Chopin piano work

Well (slightly with reverence to Mat) I'd have to say one of my favourite piano pieces of this sublime master would have to be the wonderous Fantasy Impromptu. What's yours?

Don't know that I could pick one out, but this CD of his Nocturnes is great from start to finish:

The Tristesse Etude. Maybe it's in part because of that song "Lemon Incest" that it sticks with me but it just has such a distinct and memorable sequence of melodies that perfectly capture that sense of loss and wistful memory. The development of emotions make the whole thing a profound journey that ends sadly yet reassuringly in its dignified pathos.

I don't have a favourite, there's too much music to state a favourite! I do like this however! Heard it recently in the movie Barbara starring German actress Nina Hoss who played this piece in the movie. I couldn't find it on YouTube but Mr. Rubinstein does it supreme justice!

Well, I must agree with most of the posts here and say that I cannot state a favourite.
What I can do is tell you which pieces stir me emotionally.
One of them is the Balladen Nr1. Then the second movement of his first Piano concerto.
One or two waltzes. Three of four nocturnes.
5 or 6 preludes.
And his grand polonaise brillante.
So more than 'several' favourites.
