sixth solo set, but third of original material...
apparently, in arty circles, the cover art is quite well known,
its a photo called "the illuminated man"...
JJ saw it in an old magazine he was reading late last year and it became the 
spark that lit the fire to create this album...
well, the music is distorted, has a definite Crazy Horse sound happening throughout...
slight Sonic Youth sound also (if you listen hard enough and use your imagination)...
another good solid album from Jim...
i'd love to hear him collaborate with Neil Young as both artists have a mutual respect for eachother
and have toured together on several occasions on the same bill.
