GARRY MILLS "look for a star" B/W "footsteps" 1960

short lived career with this UK'er...
only three charting singles in the UK, this was his highest...
"A" side is pretty good, i like it, sounds almost like a Ricky Nelson song to me
"B" side has an almost doo-wop feel to it, i love that one, ala, Dion/Belmonts
single made it to #7 in the UK

either way, his song quality never faultered his entire career IMO
single made it to #1 on the UK

WHAM! "bad boys" B/W "bad boys(instrumental)" 1983

its almost 'funky' and there's touches of Bruno Mars happening here
but it remains the only Wham! single that i dislike for some reason...
single peaked at #9 here in Ausralia

NOTE: I do not understand why Black folks voluntarily join a religion that historically has been their greatest and most brutal enslavers. Somebody got an answer?
