Brazil records highest fatality rate per 24 hours - 4000 people succumbed to the virus in one day. Not good.

The country worst affected in the world is Yemen. A fatality rate of almost 20%. Almost double that of any other country. Yemen is going through utter chaos at the moment. A country that has been controlled by religious fanaticism for years. God help those people. (yes, I get the irony). I remember reading a description of Yemen in a copy of Lonely Planet many moons ago. It basically said just don't go there.

It's looking more and more likely that the Pfizer vaccine is the one to get. AstraZeneca is a no-no. Too many adverse reactions. Plenty of people now turning up at A&E departments with various side-effects after taking the AZ vaccine. That's what you get when you fake the clinical trial data.
