a consistently good band IMO
tracks on here seem to be more pop orientated and danceable (in places)
catchy pop tunes on a short album that barely lasts twenty eight minutes (not long enough for me to lose interest)

older brother of Billie Eilish
he co-wrote and produced her three studio albums
his music is a bit uptempo, catchy and radio friendly than the majority of her work
it is also possible to like his material without liking hers (and vise-versa for that matter)
a decent album of cool pop sounds that i suspect will probably grow on my with more listens

UK dance-pop singer's third studio album
i own one other, her second one having never heard the debut
seems to be a slight raspyness to her vocals in places on this album whereas i cannot recall any on the previous album
hearing sounds similar to Jessie J and Halsey in places.
there is a depth in her voice in which i could envision her being able to mature into an Adele type singer over time
this album is a happy, positive sounding album that is what pop should be IMO
im sure over time a couple more of the songs i like could become ones i love which would elevate this to a "love" rating

fourth studio album but a first fo me
double cd, 20 tracks
country, outlaw country, americana, folk, bluegrass
lots of fiddles, banjos and other strings
hearing Sturgill Simpson, Charlie Daniels and Steve Earle in places
three banjo pickin' whoop-de-do instrumentals on here, they all pass the grade and fit in well with the rest of the music
a longish album that didnt lose its way or intensity for me

probably their most commercially friendly album
also, just about every track is fairly catchy
more pop than rock but hey, it works
another very good album from one of the best bands in modern music IMO

country to the core
has just enough full band music to stay the right side of modern country
a solid album about the land, people and trials and tribulations of country living
if this album is what he is about then he is the 'real deal', Alan Jackson would approve!

his twelfth studio album, i own them all
a return to earlier sounds for the most part
central theme is a battle between Marchall Mathers/Eminem and alter-ego Slim Shady
sort of a cancel culture cancelling of himself in a satirical way
on the way he insults midgets, retards, christopher reeve, other rappers and anyone that gets his attention
i wasnt keen on the lead off single "houdini" when it was released but it has grown on my as part of the album concept
another solid album by an artist i love but a genre i have little time and respect for
certainly not his best album but his best for at least a decade iMO

signed to the label that members of Imagine Dragons own
has their sound, well similar
pop to pop-rock with a couple of slower tunes in the mix
dude has a fairly strong voice though it seems strained at times,
i guess as he matures he will know his vocal limitations and harness what he does have
album starts off really strong and continues for the most part
it is however, let down by a couple of tracks that seem to be more filler and really dont fit with the rest of it
that said, a decent debut, looking forward to what he comes up with next time round
