The only show I've been to lately is The Sword. They were incredible. Very on point and VERY loud!
I'm probably going to see Gwar in may though.

Went to see Ed Zealous, General Fiasco and Kids in Glass Houses on Friday night
Ed Zeakous are a local band who seem to have gone a bit electronic from starting with fairly indie roots. They were excellent - think Klaxons and the Cure with a hard edge. Just lots of good songs.
General Fiasco - local standard pop-punk, one-paced, boring......but they're really young so they might turn into something less generic.
Kids in Glass Houses - great show and catchy tunes with a great frontman - so much better than their album and videos. The people I was with who hadn't seen them live before were fairly gobsmacked. Hope they don't fall by the wayside for not being particularly media-friendly and not having any 'gimmicks'.
A good night - now just the St Patrick's day concert to go to on Tuesday - I believe Eoghan Quigg is playing (!)

I went to a local show last night to raise money for prom (ha ... ha ha... ) that a bunch of my friends played in. As such, I got a couple of "shout outs" as it were, to me, or really rather obscure references to old musical projects. The last "big" show that I went to was The Mars Volta in September. I don't really foresee any viable, eh... Showgoings in the near future, unfortunately.

Blast. Acid Mothers Temple (and after that Sleepytime Gorilla Museum) are playing in Atlanta next month and it's in a 21+ venue. Woe for ageism!
