DAVID BOWIE & BING CROSBY "peace on earth/little drummer boy" b/w "fantastic voyage" 1979
who'd have thought Bing and Bowie would ever record together??
this song was taken from a performance on a Bing Christmas special in 1977 but not released as a single until 1979..
its pretty good, both artists voices compliment eachother beautifully IMO
"b" side is taken from Bowie's "lodgers" album...i love that album and this track...
single failed to chart here but is still what i'd call "a lost classic" from both artists!
