I can't say enough about Jan Garbarek, Norwegian sax and flute player ! He is so versatile playing avant garde free jazz, bebop, mainstream jazz, folk, jazz fusion, classical, ambient and world music !
His tone and timbre on the soprano and tenor saxophone is unique and easily identifiable. A very talented artist who never gets enough recognition. He has released and collaborated with other artists on 70 albums.
I recommend Dresden a live concert that showcases his versatility in many genres !

The ultimate connection is between a performer and its' audience!
