ROBBIE WILLIAMS "live at knebworth" cd, 2003.
one from Dani's collection...
heard this one also whilst packing today...Dani loves it, i like it....
i find Robbie better to look at whilst performing/singing than listening to him...and as i saw him in concert several years ago, nothing comes close to the atmosphere of one of his gigs(like most performers!)
the only real problem i have is all the profanities he uses between the songs.....TAKE NOTE ROBBIE: there is no need for it, you're a good enough entertainer and dont need to stoop to those levels in order to get recognition....your music, cheekiness, slapstick humour etc etc are just fine mate!
anyways, not a bad album, contains all the hits upto and including his 2003 singles...and he has a strong collection of very good tunes to pick from....not bad for a former Boy Band vocalist!
his version of Mr Bojangles is just brilliant....that reminds me, i gotta get his "swing when youre winning" cd which contains covers of all those old Ratpack standards.
I LIKE THIS ALBUM:
