i have had to use my non-predominant right hand to do things over the last few months and now i have Carpel Tunnel in my right wrist...
Cortizone injection to ease it booked for 1st April...
cortizone injections are never taken lightly as a diabetic because the steroids play havoc with BSL's (blood sugar levels) which can make them double or even triple for several days after the procedure...
if that fails to help its operation time, the last thing i need ATM.
