Spotify listen:
his twentieth studio album.
E-Street Band on here.
how come he doesnt credit them on the covers of his albums anymore??.
typical Boss album.
some rock, some Americana/Heartland Rock and a few ballads.
a couple on here im not keen on, the rest a pretty decent.
recorded live with no overdubs over four days.
three old tracks on here, originally written back around '73, two of those are my faves on the album.
disliked "high hopes" from '14, "western stars" from '19 just made the grade, this one is better than those two by a long shot IMO.
best songs on here for me are the slower acoustic/folkier ballads.
favourite: sounds like mid '70s Dylan to me.
