an increase of 3.2 million new cases in the last 24hrs
and the USA is still excelling in the gold medal winning position with 79 million cases.
India is a long way off in second place with a paltry 42 million cases (the actual figure is obviously a lot higher though due to inferior medical facilities in many rural areas of the country.)
