Ooh I like tomato soup and smelly cheeses too! No wine? Dratty pooh. When normal services resume I will send you a nice bottle of vino I am sure you will enjoy. From Brunello. Been meaning to visit this estate in Italy for years now but never got there for one reason or another. Of course it's out of the question for the foreseeable future. Bugger. If I do ever get there I fear I might not ever leave...

taste buds back, feeling on top of the world...
brown sautéed brown mushrooms and zucchini noodles in a light mornay sauce, topped with a lightly fried salmon fillet

Lol! Thanks. The wine industry is in tatters but fortunately it keeps! SAB is chucking gazillions of litres of beer down the drain.
I can think of nothing I'd enjoy more right now than a day out in the winelands, sigh!

I used to work for SAB many moons ago - early nineties. Good company but it put me off the smell and taste of beer for a while.

homemade Turkey Meatloaf with green beans, peas, mash potato and gravy.
with the Turkey mince I add a few dried cranberries and use a simple stuffing mix as the binder as opposed to breadcrumbs, that way it tends to taste like Roast Turkey dinner.
its so funny, Dani dislikes Roast Turkey but she eats this LOL

^Not a turkey fan myself - in any shape or form.
Lasagne today - however, I'm beginning to feel a vegetarian phase coming on - or pescatarian - sometimes just can't bear the thought of eating meat so I stop for a while. It's never been permanent though which is rather fickle, I know, or flaky, lol.
