Music That I've Been Hyped About

[jonspeaks22]

Just heard this song "handlebars" by this band the Flobots.
I am really into their stuff, very good beats with even better lyrics.
I love the whole message they are trying to spread and it has really good sound along with a violin. Take a chance and steam their CD, that what I've been doing and think that the CD is gonna be great. myspace.com/flobots has tracks from their CD "Fight With Tools".
Gimme some feedback and let me know what everyone thinks of them

Later!,

OK Jon,

it's been added to my investigation list. I'll get back to you and let you know what I think.

Surely this thread belongs on the Rap board.

Had a listen to some AMG clips, and they sound good. Hippity Hoppity with violin (if that's what it is) is an unusual combination.

I never listen to new shit anymore most is terrible in my opinion. Recently I've been hyped about old school bands like Seven Mary Three, Lit, Everclear, Future Leaders of the World.

Its something, I've never heard before. I do agree new music has been slumping lately but there are few bright stars out there with great talent
