dave stewart "the blackbird diaries"




got this one this week also on recommendation from Corey.
recorded over five days in Nashville,Tennessee in 2010.
predominantly a very bluesy sound although there are hints of reggae,country and rock in the mix.
close your eyes and you can imagine Dylan doing most of these tracks here, and coincidently, Dylan co wrote "worth the waiting for" with Stewart.
all in all not a bad album on only one listen and sure to grow on me over time.
well written,played and produced.
