BLACK COUNTRY "communion"
#1
black country "communion"2010.

i was at my local cd shop today and my ever reliable contact who works there told me i should buy this album, ive never heard of it or seen it mentioned on this site(it is possible i missed it though?).

the band consists of:

glenn hughes-vocals/bass (deep purple,black sabbath)
derek sherinian-keyboards (alice cooper,billy idol)
jason bonham-drums (led zepplin,foreigner)
joe bonamassa-guitars

as im not going to get to play it for a few days, so does anyone know it/heard it or own it?

It is indeed! I'm sure I posted a bit about them a while back. They are a great band, hoping to catch them live this year sometime. A lot of the material sounds like mid 70s Deep Purple (of which Hughes was a part of).

Hope you enjoy the album!

I have heard Communion and Black Country are a very good hard rock band !
