New member with some questions

Hey everyone I just started an account on here and was wondering what the rules were about promoting original music. As an extreme music nerd I've been looking for a forum like this for awhile and would not to do anything to get myself banned lol. Help would be appreciated.

The Guys monitor closely but there are Forums for such. A PM to the Admins (Crazy-Horse, SteveO, Music Head) is strongly advised, but you will, I think, be pleasantly surprised.

we dont have a problem with members allowing us to hear their music but: you are not to solicite your material here for money, nor are you to provide links or pages to purchase it... but by all means show us what youve got, we will comment with our opinions on it, no problems about that... like jazzbo said... we do monitor the posts very closely which is why very little advertsing/spam etc dont get through onto the boards, and if they do, they dont last long... feel free to message me,Music Head or SteveO if you need clarification to avoid problems down the track. i look foreward to hearing some of your music.
