true "solo albums"
#1
thought i'd start off this thread to see who knows has actually made real "solo albums"....
now i define "solo" as in a solitary artist who writes, plays, produces everything on their albums....this thread is open to any suggestions for any artist who has done this at some point in their career(and im not talking bands/duo's,they are not 'solo' artists!)

so i'll start off with a few who have...

1. Paul McCartney
2. Stevie Wonder
3. Gotye
4. Mike Oldfield

so lets see how far this one takes us!

I know Todd Rundgren had one or maybe more.
Other than that I'm drawing blanks.
Will keep an eye out as I go through my albums.

I would think that there is a lot of "folk" releases that meet the requirements, but that isn't a genre I am up to date on

Alanis Morisette is one fine lady doing solo albums throughout her music career. I don't know whether Eminem is considered a solo artist though..

Another great solo artist is Lenny Kravitz!
An amazing musician who would play every instrument in his records and also produced them!
Not that I'm a big fan...
