Adele has surpassed Pink Floyd's 'Dark Side of the Moon' in sales in the UK. I don't agree with that rating but you have to take your hat off to the lady. The girl done good! She is only a coule of thousand of sales away from overtaking Dire Straits 'Brothers in Arms' and much to my surprise quite a bit away from the album that has sold the most number of copies in the UK. Queen's 'Greatest Hit's'. Go figure.....

Yep she sure is popular. I wonder if that popularity will stand the test of time. I hope so. She deserves it more than most.

Queen's "greatest hits" set from around 81-82ish has almost continually been in the UK top 200 since its release...no surprise there for me....
so does anyone have any idea what the 10 biggest selling albums are in the UK?, as a gues i'd lay money on The Beatles holding down at least two spots there....damn it! i'll find the list on the net and post it later...
