Hi there.

I grew up seeing Dio before Elf, and Lou Gramm before Foreigner. Since then have seen hundreds of shows... everyone from Seals and Crofts to Gwar to My Morning Jacket.

Spent 20 years in radio, and began my musical training more than 40 years ago. I play a variety of woodwinds, guitar, some keyboards, and a little brass. If cowbell, the fish, and tambourine count, you can add percussion too!

Retired from broadcasting, I now work in alternative marketing and communications while assembling the best possible rock music collection with everything from Professor Longhair to The Cocktail Slippers, and lots of stops in between. I love The Dead and The Priest... The Babys, Bram Tchaikovsky, Big Star, The Records, and any "jangley guitar bands"... metal and roots music... Dylan and Black Flag.... you get the idea.

But enough about me, let's talk about what you've got on your player, or maybe that new PRS you got with the dragon inlays...

I've just finished streaming the Metamatic album, by John Foxx from the late '70s. Didn't go down too well...

Thanks... I hope these boards have a bit more life than others I have lurked around on. This is actually the only one I joined as the quality of the posts was by and far the best!

Were a good discussion group, small but supportive, six or eight of us post everyday, were are in here for the love of music and we do all we can to make the experience a pleasant one for our users.............we have our strong points and our weak ones but we hope you will join us support us and post often!

Yes it is, in a Met hat! I love the Mets, and play a PRS, ablbeit, not the custom Carlos plays.
