hey guys i just want to ask you all that which is the best movie of the year 2010,in my view i think harry potter and deathly hallows is the best one.what is your.

Unfortunately, my life doesn't allow the time to watch many movies. A few years ago, I probably viewed close to 200 (or more) movies a year. Now that I've added three small children to the mix, I see much much much less. Combining movies seen in a theater with movies viewed at home on DVD, I saw approximately 5 movies in 2010 -- and three of them were animated flicks I saw with the kids.
So, with that explanation out of the way, my favorite movie of 2010 was Avatar.

'dinner for schmucks' was pretty funny
'eat,love,pray' was thought provoking..plus i like julia roberts 'little fockers' funny as hell 'avatar' i only saw this at the cinema in 2010 even though it was 2009. i havent seen harry potter yet,heard good things about it though

Oops, I forgot Avatar was a 2009 release.
I'm looking forward to the Harry Potter, but I have yet to see the previous one. I hate to see them out of order, but I have a feeling that's what's going to happen.

I visited the cinema precisely twice in 2010. That's quite a lot for me, but I had to check out 3D developments.
Avatar doesn't count, it appears. I thought the film was mediocre, but the 3d was stunning. Alice in Wonderland was rank on both counts. The mainstream movie industry seldom impresses me, and searching out the good stuff is way too much hassle...

agreed, i got Alice In wonderland on bluray when it came out purely because i like Johnny Depp, it should have been called 'return to wonderland', either way it sucked big time!
i actually liked Avatar, just thought it was drawn out a bit much which let it down.

If you guys like animated movies you would do well to have a stab at playing Mike Oldfield's interactive PC game called 'Tres Luna'. Fascinating stuff and great music too. You do need a really powerful PC though.

Four Lions - it was just so well-acted and funny even if liable to cause offence.
Harry Potter was ok but it did feel like it was scene-setting for the final one - which should be epic!
