Was wondering if anyone else knows any songs with unusually long titles. I can only think of two.
Shawn Phillips - 'She was waiting for her mother at the station in Torino and you know I love you baby but it's getting too heavy to laugh'. Taken from the album 'Second Contribution' and despite the silly title is an incredible piece of music and probably one of the best male vocal peformances I have heard.
Second one is from Pink Floyd's 'Ummagumma' album. 'Several species of small furry animals gathered together in a cave and grooving with a pict.' They must have really been on something when they came up with this one.
Curious to hear of any more you might know of.

Nice to be able to go back to trust and friendship!!!!!!!!!
It's a mixed up sensation this being alive
Oh! it wears a man down into the ground
It's the strangest elation
I can't describe it
Oh it leaves a man weary
It makes a man frown..............................Chris Simpson ( "Mixed Up Sensations" 1975 Martin's Cafe )

Not a song, but album title:
When the pawn hits the conflicts he thinks like a king
What he knows throws the blows when he goes to the fight
And he'll win the whole thing 'fore he enters the ring
There's no body to batter when your mind is your might
So when you go solo, you hold your own hand
And remember that depth is the greatest of heights
And if you know where you stand, then you know where to land
And if you fall it won't matter, cuz you'll know that you're right
From Fiona Apple...

Officially speaking Gryphon wins (until somebody comes up with something else) but yours is a beaut Tiggi! Where do you guys dig this stuff out of? The Fall Out Boy one is the best though. Clever.

^ I bought the album on a recommendation before realising it had a ridiculous title. It's usually shortened to When The Pawn.

you'd need a gatefold sleeve to put that title on the cover and a wrap around spine
