Welcome to MD :wink:Cool
Nice to be able to go back to trust and friendship!!!!!!!!!

It's a mixed up sensation this being alive
Oh! it wears a man down into the ground
It's the strangest elation
I can't describe it
Oh it leaves a man weary
It makes a man frown.

I think it is not. You know these genres are very complicated stuff when it comes to defining the style of any band. And the music we play is really hard to define, so "post-grunge" is just a hint for you.

please define 'post grunge' 4 me, seeing as grunge started with neil young in 1970 with 'cinnamon girl' thats the 70s,80s,90s,oos that is post grunge, that is an aweful lot of music to incorporate in a live set?

I don't think we can define "post-grunge". I said this is not a definition, rather just a word that gives the direction to think. I don't know what you would understand by that, but I think today "post grunge" can be more likely used to describe groups like Nickelback and stuff. Yes, I know that is not correct. My apologies.
