Hey,
So im quite new to the guitar so any help or suggestions is welcome.
During one of the solos we hear in any modern pop/rock songs, I assume that in order to get that electric sound the guitarist has to change a setting (I know this description is vague but Im referring to the solo sound such as in Brian May’s sound during We Are the Champions). Now what exactly is that setting? Is it a pedal? If yes how come you barely see guitarists heading over to the same spot (might be missing it myself). Or does the sound engineer do something? And in order for it to sound over the rest of the instruments, is the pedal enough or is there again some tweaking from the sound engineer?
Many thanks for your help guys.
