Very sorry for anyone who loses their home in a fire - we have wildfires here fairly often and they are scary as hell (pardon the pun). Aside from the smell, the ash and the red sun, the sound of it is terrible - the crackle and hiss and roar - so ominous. My heart breaks for all the creatures who get caught up in this too - awful beyond words.

terrible tragedy...
im wondering MH...
do the individual States do controlled burns just prior to fire season starting to help alleviate the problems of tinder (fire fuel) causing
this sort of disaster or is it simply left to Mother Nature/lap of the Gods each year???

pretty sure they do
as Trump has leveled some criticism at California for not doing the job
sure is strange that California has this problem every year
weather, topography, who knows?
and worst of all
America will be out of trees before long
