Hopefully you don't mind me posting an executable file download. It's not a virus or anything, it's a perfectly clean program that generates MIDI files. It requires the 2015 Visual C++ redistributable installed before it will run. It's a linear congruency generator based off of time seed (pseudo-random effectively), so you need some pretend luck.
