Iâm sure all will agree, if I say that headphones are the best match with great music. Just wanted to know the headphones you use, to listen to your favorite songs. Could get a whole big list of good quality headphones. Currently Iâm using the Sennheiser HD558 headphone. Would love to know yours.

Looks like we are in similar boats, I use the Sennheiser HD 598s! Though, I also have a pair of bass heavy headphones (V-Moda Crossfade LP2) specifically for rap, and I use VSonic GR-07s (in-ear headphones) for when I go to the gym or for a run. I think it's important to have multiple because certain genres of music respond better the different headphone sound signatures. Though I can def say, these are the best headphone brands I know of:

Wow.. That's great.. Different headphones for different tasks. But, I would personally prefer to get a single headphone with all the features possible. I mean it would definitely reduce some expense, don't you think.

I find different components for stereo systems give different sounds, some systems are more suited to acoustic sounds, others guitar driven rock or jazz etc etc...
you can also fit up diferent speakers with a system and they give different variants in sound/depth of sound also...

Sennheiser HD-700s when isolation isn't an issue and a pair of custom heavily moddified Fostekx T50RPs when I need/want isolation

I can't deal with in ear headphones. I think if you live in a city you need quality over ear headphones that block out other noise
