Sounds like it's from around the 90's, probably not the 80's, due to the type of drum roll it has at beginning of song. It's very Rick Astley-ish. I hear it on the radio used as bumper music or intros. I have never hear it past just a few seconds and have never heard any words. This is one of my last great song mysteries. Please help me ID it.
