I just joined the group.
I have been playing music for almost 25 years.
I am a 44 year old male.
Love the folk-rock groups that I grew up on.
You know 'em all. The three "B's" Byrds, Buffalo Springfield and Beatles.
Also CSNY, together and solo.
Lately, my oldest son and I have been working up songs together which is quite nice.
Anyway, hello to all, I look forward to some great discussions.

Hi 14car, & welcome to MD.
Excellent news that we have another "oldie" in the ranks.
I've just started a major Beatles listening, so I'm with you there...
I look forward to getting to know you, & hope you enjoy the site.

Yeah Folk Rock is what my ears like best.
But I like Folk.
And I like Rock.
So I am obviously new to the site. I am a music lover of all genres. Love talking to people about their projects etc and what they are doing with their musical lives. I do a bit of promotion and getting peoples names who deserve it out into the big bad world. Hope to talk to you guys

Welcome to the oldies club:nod::biggrin:
Nice to be able to go back to trust and friendship!!!!!!!!!
It's a mixed up sensation this being alive
Oh! it wears a man down into the ground
It's the strangest elation
I can't describe it
Oh it leaves a man weary
It makes a man frown..............................Chris Simpson ( "Mixed Up Sensations" 1975 Martin's Cafe )
