First Annual Music Conference at the Palm Springs Convention Center Sunday October 25th 2015
Soundrite events LLC has partnered with the Boys and Girls Club of the Coachella Valley and the VH1 Save the Music Foundation to host the first "Coachella Valley Music Industry Summit" to be held at Palm Springs Convention Center. The event will feature one full day of music industry seminars, keynote presentations and panel discussions with Q&A starting at 10 am and it's open to all ages. Many music industry heavyweights including music producers FOCUS... & DJ Silk, who worked on the new "Compton" album by Dr Dre and VH1's "Master of the Mix" producer and "Lyricist Lounge'" co-founder Anthony Marshall to name a few.
Participants will gain an in-depth knowledge of the music business from conception to execution to monetization.
"We plan to make a lasting impact on the community of the Coachella Valley by informing and reaching and empowering the local cultivated music scene" says Roland R Gomez, founder and CEO of Soundrite Events LLC. Chief professional officer of the Boys and Girls Club of the Coachella Valley, Quinton Jackson was quoted "we are excited about the first annual event I can only imagine what it will become 3 to 4 years from now".
Proceeds will be donated and invested into MAEX Academy of the Coachella Valley, a new education public service organization developed to implement new entertainment technology based programs including music, film and graphic design. Proceeds will be donated to the Boys and Girls Club of the Coachella Valley for programming. Proceeds will be donated to the VH1 Save the Music Foundation to implement classical and contemporary music programs in the public education system
