not keen on the song at all....but then I don't like anything ive heard from Carrie, or Miranda for that matter.

I am a big Miranda fan! She sings traditional country sometimes and that pleases me!
The ultimate connection is between a performer and its' audience!

^^^ Traditional country music is what I wish that Miranda would sing more of. To me, even though her biggest hit as of right now couldn't be anymore country, "The House That Built Me" that is, it seems like everything else out of her is more pop as if she is trying to paint over whatever country roots she has with more pop oriented music and in my opinion, that couldn't be anymore of a slap in the face to country music.

Don't get me wrong, I don't have a problem with people acknowledging their non country influences should they have any, but when that becomes the majority of what they choose to sing, they shouldn't be all that surprised if they are eventually not labeled country anymore.

Is Carrie tryin to be a Miranda copy.
Sounds like Miranda singin and a song Miranda would do. We might as well face it the Legends are dying out. The song is not bad however.
