Whatâs on your workout playlist? I like having a lot of upbeat pop music. Tina Parol has been a recent fav. I think sheâs blowing up on the east coast. Her music is like jumpy and super catchy. Here: What do you think? Gimme some songs you like working out to.

If I wasn't a soggy pudgy avocado of a man and worked out, I'd run furiously to something slow like Bruce Springsteen's "Nebraska" or some power ballad dribble like Michael Bolton. Just for kicks n' giggles.
"Mr. Grover 'n' Mr Gillian
You musta made a million
The night that Frank Zappa caught on fire
Could you tell us all about it
Keep it short and use my version
Or everyone out there'll think I'm a liar."

There is not one type of music I listen to consistently, but a variety of music.
